Effective Date: 06/12/2025

1.) Enrollment Fee Non-Refundability — Once you commit your family to attending any of our programs, you will be charged an enrollment fee to kickstart your child(ren)'s success. This enrollment fee reserves their spot. If you decide to cancel at anytime, the Enrollment Fee is Non-Refundable.

2.) 4-Week Introductory Period Refundability – Parents are eligible for a refund during the 4-week introductory period for the Spark or Forge Academy at anytime.(This refund does not include the enrollment fee.) To process a refund, contact us at info@missionfarmstead.com.

3.) Cancellation Policy — Our Spark and Forge Academy business model is a "Done-With-You" service. It consists of eight(8), four(4) week sessions for a total of 32 weeks. We incur expenses to reserve your child(ren) a spot. With a 21 day notice, you may cancel your child(ren)'s spot in our program without being charged for the following 4-week session. If you do not provide a 21 day notice, it is assumed you will continue. You will be charged. (See "Hero Interlude" below to understand if pausing your educational journey is a better solution)

4.) Non-Transferability – You cannot transfer your child's spot to another family without our written consent.

5). Workbooks and Workshops Sales—All workbook and workshop event sales are final. No refund will be granted.

6.) Hero Interlude — Do you need to pause your education journey? We understand the unique needs of families. Traveling abroad? Disney Cruise? Need a brain break? 

Parents... you're in charge of your family, and we're here to support that. Keep your spot in our academy. —How? Pause your journey with us for up to one(1) session during any of the eight(8) sessions for a 25% reduction in the session fee.
